Lake Pointe Health Center is a comprehensive health and rehabilitation center providing intermediate and skilled care, as well as specialized care for Alzheimer’s Dementia and Behavioral Health. We provide care for residents whose activities of daily living cannot be adequately provided for in a home setting. These individuals may require skilled medical services and rehabilitation on a short-term basis. Long-term care may be more appropriate for those suffering from a prolonged acute illness or chronic disease. Lake Pointe offers residents a comfortable environment along with the benefits of personalized care to meet the unique needs and concerns of each individual.
