CommuniCare at Waterford Commons is a 101-bed comprehensive health and rehabilitation center providing intermediate, skilled and subacute care. We are conveniently located in the Lakewood Complex off South Detroit Avenue, only minutes from the Medical College of Ohio. We offer our residents the unique opportunity to enjoy the lush garden experience of our greenhouse, including a water-garden and fish pond.
