Copley Health Center Receives Overall 5 Star Quality Rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

(COPLEY Ohio, February 23, 2017) – Copley Health Center, a skilled nursing center within the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has received an Overall Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This is the first time that Copley Health Center has achieved this prominent rating.

CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare health centers more easily and to help identify areas about which they may want to ask questions.

There is one Overall Five-Star Rating for each center, which Copley Health Center received. There are also separate ratings for three main sources, which include: Health Inspections, Staffing and Quality Measures.

“The Copy Health Center team celebrates our new 5 Star rating. This rating is a great reflection of the thorough dedication our team produces on a daily basis.,” said Greg Ackerman LNHA Executive Director of Copley Health Center.

Copley Health Center offers both short-term recovery and rehabilitation services provided through the Advance 360 unit, as well as long-term care services, focused on an individual’s emotional and physical well-being. Copley Health Center strives to create an excellent customer experience for guests and residents, especially in the skilled nursing center.
